Hospitality Manager – City Beach, Eastern Suburbs

We're a busy fish & chips shop in City Beach (Eastern Suburbs) seeking a dedicated and motivated Hospitality Manager to lead our team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements (must have):

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in both hospitality and management.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing labour, food, and operational costs.
  • Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation, hygiene, and professionalism.
  • Availability to work weekends and start from mid-October.

Highly valued skills (optional, but a bonus):

  • Ability to grow the business through local engagement and initiatives.
  • Comfortable with social media marketing to boost brand presence.
