Fabricator / Installer – Aluminium Windows & Doors

$250–$400 per day | Ute / Travel Paid

JRA is looking for motivated aluminium window and door fabricators/installers to join our Sydney team full-time.

This is a hands-on role working across both factory fabrication and onsite installation of high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and skylights. You'll be working on a mix of luxury residential and commercial projects, with the right systems, tools, and support.

We're after people who can back their work, read drawings, and deliver clean, precise fabrication and installs.

What's Required

  • White Card
  • Driver's Licence
  • Experience in fabrication & installation of aluminium windows and doors
  • Familiarity with Darley, Capral, and Alspec systems
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings & site plans
  • Physically fit and confident handling large/heavy glass safely
  • Trade qualifications (preferred) or current apprentice in glazing/carpentry/metal trades
