We're now looking for a Fashion Office Assistant to join our fast-growing team on a casual basis, 3 days per week (days are flexible to suit your schedule). This role has strong career progression opportunities, including the potential to move into a full-time position or transition into other areas of the business — from styling and client service to operations and events.


About the Role

This is an in-office, hands-on role based in our beautiful Sydney CBD showroom. You'll play a vital support role in the daily operations, ensuring our garments and fittings are perfectly prepared for our high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, steaming, and organizing custom garments (suits, shirts, jackets)
  • Coordinating clothing ahead of client appointments
  • Unpacking, labelling, and storing new stock
  • Keeping our showroom and office spaces tidy, presentable, and well-organised
  • Occasional pickups or drop-offs for garments
  • Supporting the sales team and stylists with ad-hoc tasks
