Full-Time Position

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Educator to join our team at Spring Farm Early Learning Centre. This full-time position is for an Educator in our Nursery Room, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners. You will be supported by our Nominated Supervisor and Director.

Our service is a small, family-focused centre, and our nursery room caters for 8 children per day. We are looking for a bubbly, energetic, and dedicated team player who thrives in a nurturing and collaborative environment.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans and learning experiences that support the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of each child
  • Observing, documenting, and assessing children's progress to inform intentional teaching and individualised learning
  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that meets all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Building warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a welcoming and inclusive community
  • Actively participating in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • A relevant early childhood qualification (minimum Certificate III in Children's Services)
  • Previous experience working as a Childcare Educator in an early learning setting
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families and peers
  • A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children
  • A current Working With Children Check
