As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**About Goodstart Toowoomba Spring Street**:
The centre has a boutique, country home feel with the majority of Educators having worked at the centre for eight years or more. You will enjoy long lunches in a warm staffroom that is stocked with a candy bar and massagers. Rosters have full flexibility with days (you tell us what works for you - three, four or five days a week or a nine day fortnight). The centre also boasts the highest rated Goodstart Kindergarten room in QLD and their Kindergarten Teacher is proud to be a Goodstart Mentor.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
