Located just steps from the Collins/King Tram stop, or Southern Cross Station, our spacious 4,397 sqm Collins Street club is your go-to location for work, rest, and play. Inside you'll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall and sleep pods. We've also catered for your post-workout-self, with luxury changeroom amenities including Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, ghd straighteners and Apelles products. Your gig

Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist the day to day operations of the club and perform pool & life guarding duties

In a nutshell:

  • You'll ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless
  • You'll clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time
  • You'll be super conscious about everyone's safety and take enormous pride in producing the shiniest change rooms ever
  • You'll supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life guarding duties where necessary
  • You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

  • You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you.
  • You may have some lifeguarding experience and comfortable in the pool
