About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Hospitality Workers to join our team in Kulgera Roadhouse, Ghan, Northern Territory . The

role involves delivering excellent customer service and performing a wide range of hospitality and retail tasks in dynamic and

welcoming environments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

● Provide outstanding customer service to guests and patrons.

● Take reservations, greet and seat customers, and present menus and beverage lists.

● Take food and beverage orders, recommend pairings, and serve meals and drinks.

● Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, and espresso-based coffee beverages.

● Conduct beverage tastings and assist with food or drink tours when required.

● Operate EFTPOS and cash registers and process payments accurately.

● Promote products and services and assist with in-venue retail sales.

● Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including bars, tables, and coffee stations.

● Clear and reset tables, wash glassware, and restock shelves and fridges.

● Follow workplace health and safety and comply with all relevant regulations.

● Maintain a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail. You should have

excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in coffee preparation or

cocktail service will be highly regarded.

You must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and have a good understanding of safe food handling and

workplace health and safety procedures.
