SYNOPSIS:

As a Senior Project Manager in the Integration team, you will lead and coordinate complex and high-risk business projects to ensure organisational readiness in advance of a significant volume of planned Capital Works taking place in the coming years. You will work as part of a cross-functional team liaising with all departments within the National Gallery. Your project remit will be diverse, and spread across activities that support staff, visitor and business process continuity. You will apply your project and/or change management expertise, and be an effective listener and communicator to identify potential impacts, risks and suitable solutions and mitigations. This role will give you exposure to the operational workings of the National Gallery and how that intersects with construction programs. You will work closely with senior leaders and the Executive team in planning and delivering business solutions to the Capital Works impacts.

This is a 3 year, fixed term role with the possibility of becoming ongoing. Applications close 11:50pm, Sunday 31 August 2025.
