We are currently partnering with a large ASX-listed retailer that services millions of customers each week through its extensive physical footprint and rapidly growing online platforms. With strong year-on-year growth, they're now looking to bring on a Finance Analyst to support their operations team with data-driven insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on turning raw data into meaningful business insights and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly actuals, consolidate accounts in SAP, review performance against budgets
  • Quarterly forecast - business partner with external Property Manager to review all current year Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, provide variance analysis and facilitate internal reviews with key stakeholders
  • Support year-end reporting
  • Prepare and review balance sheet recs
  • Lead administration of property divisions overhead cost base including monthly accruals and recharges, review of actuals, update forecasts

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years' experience in financial analysis or management accounting, ideally in a large property organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel, Power BI and ERP experience (SAP, JDE, Oracle) highly regarded
  • CA/CPA qualified, or close to completing
