We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Administration & HR Officer to join our team in Alice Springs.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will provide customer service and administrative support across all departments. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and general office administration
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and candidate communications
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation
- Maintaining filing systems and databases
- Assisting with internal communications and reporting
- Supporting workplace health and safety procedures
- Participating in team meetings and professional development
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Current NDIS Screening Check & National Police Clearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Desirable:
- Experience in the disability or community services sector
- Understanding of Indigenous and culturally diverse communities

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $34.58 per hour
