Academy Brand is an Australian owned and operated lifestyle brand with more than 50 stores around the country. And we are searching for our next Store Manager for our DFO South Wharf Outlet.

As one of our most high-performing stores in the business, DFO South Wharf is looking for it's next strong leader with a strong background in stock management, visual merchandising, sales and profitability focus.

Founded in 2007, Academy Brand has fast become one of Australia's most likeable, dynamic and staple menswear brands. On top of menswear, Academy Rookie (kids wear) and the recently launched Academy Women's collection has entrenched Academy as a true lifestyle brand for all.   • Beta Carbon: Academy has teamed up with Beta Carbon to allow our customers to vote for Carbon Offset programs that Academy is backing to reduce our Carbon footprint. Every vote sees Academy donate to a selected project and do our bit to help move towards net zero.

  • A passionate retailer who loves engaging with customers and getting the sale.

  • Experienced with guiding a team to success

  • Ability to understand the brand directives and implement them into your store.

  • A person who will take ownership of their store and engage with the brand to make it grow.

  • Someone who wants to have a career and develop with a Brand that is focused on growth.

  • Tuesday - Saturday roster
