Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of NDIS supports across SIL, STA, and individual supports
- Build strong, respectful relationships with participants, families and external stakeholders eg. support coordinators and behavioural practitioners
- Lead and supervise a team of support workers, including performance reviews as required
- Ensure services are delivered in line with legislation, funding requirements, Livable's policies and NDIS quality standards.
- Respond to and manage incidents appropriately, including follow-up and reporting
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Complete administrative tasks to support efficient and effective service delivery.
About You
You're a confident, compassionate leader with hands-on experience in disability services. You thrive on responsibility, build positive relationships with ease, and are committed to participant outcomes.
Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.
You have:
- Certificate IV in Disability or a related field, with at least 3 years' relevant experience
- Experience coordinating 24-hour residential supports for people with complex needs
- Strong experience supporting NDIS participants with high-intensity needs, ASD, intellectual disability, and behaviours of concern
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module completed, or willing to complete.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check must be completed before commencing employment.
- Current Driver's Licence and Working With Children Check
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- A self-starter attitude, with a strong sense of accountability and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
