About the role

Vision Personal Training Bangor is seeking an experienced and organised Personal Assistant to join our team in Bangor, NSW 2234. This is a flexible 3 days per week position, providing support to our busy and growing fitness studio. As our Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and organisational tasks that are crucial to the smooth running of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-level administrative support to the studio owners, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
2. Managing the studio's client database, booking system, and other administrative records
3. Assisting with marketing and the coordination of events, workshops, and other studio activities
4. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent client service
5. Helping with video content, managing website, social media and you tube marketing channels
6. Supporting the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data
6. A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile
