Drive your career further - become our selling Sales Manager Formula Honda & GWM are on the hunt for a high-performing selling Sales Manager to be the driving force in our successful Used Car Department at our growing Modbury dealership.

We are seeking a Sales Manager, or experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant who is ready to step up, make their mark and take full ownership of one of the most dynamic areas of our business. Whether you're an experienced Sales Manager or a proven Vehicle Sales Consultant ready to accelerate, this role will give you the platform to turn your passion for sales into real success. Reporting to the General Manager but working largely independently, as selling Sales Manager you will be responsible for the continued success of our Used Car department from top to tail, with the support of our new car team where appropriate.

About the role

  • Handling all stages of the sale journey
  • Driving enquiry management and turning leads into sales
  • Taking control of all used car advertising, valuation and purchasing and stock levels
  • Meeting or exceeding vehicle sales targets
  • Work closely with all departments to maximise overall profitability

About you

  • Proven vehicle sales experience
  • A driven individual who can take ownership of projects and work independently
  • Self-motivated
  • An exceptional communicator
  • A dynamic and passionate individual who engages easily with clients and understands the importance of building relationships
  • An ability to delight our customers with your superior and professional service standards and knowledge
  • Customer driven with the desire to maximise the most of your abilities
  • A highly organised individual
  • The ability to work autonomously but also as a team player when required
  • Excellent work ethic with great reliability (available 5 days a week which includes Saturdays)
