Yungaburra Community Kindergarten – about us
Yungaburra Community Kindergarten is a sessional Kindergarten which operates two Kindergarten programs. Monday, Tuesday and alternating Wednesday group, and alternating Wednesday, Thursday and Friday group; 8.45am–2.45pm.
As an affiliated centre of C&K, Yungaburra Community Kindergarten receives support from C&K as the Central Governing Body but operates as an independent incorporated association managed by a volunteer management committee.
We are looking for two Educators to join the team.
Position 1: 8.00am – 3.30pm from Monday to Friday – 75 hours a fortnight.
Position 2: 8.00am – 3.30pm - 5 days a fortnight – 37.5 hours a fortnight (flexible)
Be rewarded for your commitment with a wage rate of $26.63-$34.50 per hour plus superannuation and paid recess leave.

We take child safety seriously and maintain strict policies and procedures to ensure their wellbeing.
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring:
Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Service
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
