Join Monash Health as an Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infectious Diseases Pharmacist and help shape the future of patient care.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate pharmacist to join our Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infectious Diseases team (full-time or part-time) working across all Monash Health sites.

In this dynamic role, you'll provide clinical pharmacy services in:

  • Antimicrobial stewardship

  • Adult and paediatric inpatient care with the Infectious Diseases teams

  • Specialist outpatient clinics, including HIV and Tuberculosis

You'll be part of a collaborative team of 10-12 pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, working together and as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

About You:

You're a forward-thinking pharmacist with a passion for infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in Antimicrobial Stewardship or Infectious Diseases pharmacy

  • Hospital pharmacy experience

  • Strong clinical education and supervision skills

  • Project and change management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams

  • Involvement in external specialty groups (desirable)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (desirable)
