As a member of the SKOPE group of companies you will be part of the global team that also designs and builds commercial refrigerators.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter to fill our full-time Service Facilitator position, based in Bella Vista, Sydney.

In this role, you will coordinate external service technicians, follow up on repairs, update our external and internal customers, order parts, perform a wide variety of administration tasks to support the wider company team, and deal with anything else that might crop up.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have experience in a similar position, possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, have a vibrant and professional telephone manner, be a team player and be able to handle pressure well during the busy times.
