Our Perth CBD restaurant located in the Palace Hotel is seeking Line Cooks to join the team hours available, casual award rates + penalties.

We are looking for Cooks with:

• 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
• A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/ Patisserie Qualification is beneficial
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Experience in mains/hot larder section is beneficial
