Due to recent growth and national expansion, Parabellum International is seeking a dynamic, proactive and driven Senior Management Accountant to join our friendly team at our newly renovated head office in Naval Base. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in strengthening our financial operations and supporting the business through its next phase of growth and development.

About the role:

As our Senior Management Accountant, you'll:

• Own management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis across the group, ensuring accuracy and insight at every step.
• Partner with divisional leaders, providing timely & accurate insights that drive business decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, from preparation to presentation.
• Prepare short and long term cashflow forecasts.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, safeguarding accuracy and compliance.
• Manage statutory requirements.
• Manage divisional projects in Pronto, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and reporting.
• Be the go-to escalation point for payroll and AR queries.
• Champion continuous improvement—streamlining, simplifying, and optimising processes.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members, building capability across the function.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent – essential).
• 7+ years' progressive experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proven success in multi-entity or group reporting environments.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Pronto experience highly regarded).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and business partnering ability— able to build trusted relationships with non-financial stakeholders, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to streamline and simplify processes.
• Leadership capability to coach and develop others.
