We are currently partnering with a highly regarded insurance brokerage that has built a strong reputation over nine years through organic growth, referrals, and long-term client relationships. The business operates as a close-knit team within a much larger organisation, offering both stability and a genuine boutique feel.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Executive or an experienced Assistant Account Executive who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, client focused environment.
The opportunity
This is a servicing focused role managing and supporting an established portfolio of medium market and large corporate clients. The client base is diverse and includes property owners, manufacturers, import and export businesses, and food and beverage clients. Accounts vary in size, with some clients generating significant annual revenue.
This is not a hunter role. The focus is on client management, follow ups, pre renewals and renewals, along with supporting new business that comes through existing relationships and referrals.
Flexible working is supported, with up to two days working from home each week.
About you
You will have two to three years' experience in insurance broking. You present professionally, communicate confidently, and naturally put clients first.
Cultural fit is the most important factor for this hire. The team is seeking someone who is motivated to learn, values strong relationships, and wants to build a long-term career rather than view this as a stepping stone.
