Join Youi, a challenger brand within the Australian insurance landscape as a Network Repairer Performance Consultant, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to shape and improve our motor claims processes. By analysing vehicle performance data and collaborating with assessors and repairer networks, you'll drive efficiency, reduce repair times, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

About The Role

  • Manage a group of network smash repairers.
  • Reviewing and validating the performance of the network smash repairers in your group, focusing on cost, quality and customer service
  • Build strong relationships with our repairers, resolve disputes through technical advice and customer focused solutions
  • Maintain control of over repair duration within the network
  • Establish compliance with relevant legislation
  • Drive accountability for the performance of your network group

 About You

  • A motor trade qualification in Panel beating or Spray painting is required
  • Experience in Motor Assessing is essential
  • Similar experience in supply chain management will be considered
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Audanet experience (will be advantageous)
