About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Reservations Agent to join our Front Office Team. This is a Full Time Monday - Friday role, with the occasional weekend shift if required.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

· Perform arrivals & data integrity checks

· Take reservations calls

· Group bookings from C&E, Corporate and Inbound market segments

· Reply to reservations emails

· Assist reception desk during busy operations

To be the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate

· Exceptional guests service skills

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Willingness to use initiative and ability to solve problems

· A hands-on approach and to be adaptable to workplace situations

· Team orientated with great organizational skills

· A friendly and outgoing personality

· Excellent presentation and grooming

· Ideally, with previous Hotel Reservations or Front Office experience

· Previous experience with Opera will be highly regarded.

· Strong literacy skills
