What You'll Do & Why It Matters

You'll be at the forefront of our growth, connecting with predominantly warm leads to introduce them to lending solutions that genuinely transform their businesses. This isn't just about hitting targets; it's about being a crucial part of our sales funnel, identifying new opportunities, and providing financial lifelines that allow small business owners to flourish

Driving New Business:
Consistently cultivate new business by initiating a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers daily.

Pipeline Management:
Proactively manage and nurture a robust, active sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are followed up within Service Level Agreements.

Lead Generation:
Generate new business prospects for our Sales agents through targeted outbound calling, primarily leveraging warm leads.

Achieving Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

Client Education & Product Expertise:
Articulate the key benefits of OnDeck's offerings, educating potential clients on their value and maintain accurate and in-depth product knowledge.

Objection Handling:
Address and overcome customer objections, turning challenges into opportunities.

Brand Ambassador:
Serve as a dedicated ambassador for the OnDeck Australia brand in all interactions.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and possesses:

• Experience:
  Some experience in sales or a call centre role preferred
• Resilience:
  The ability to navigate "no's" to get to a "yes," demonstrating strong perseverance.
