About the Role

As a result of the company's continued growth, we are currently looking for a qualified Manual Machinist to join our Bunbury team on a fulltime basis. (Both Day shift and Afternoon Shift Available)

About the Role – Conventional / Manual Machinist:

  • You must be fully competent with operating lathes, milling machines and borers.
  • Have strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, and
  • Use measuring equipment such as micrometers', dial gauges and other equipment.
  • To maintain and care for all machines, tooling and equipment used.
  • Day shift opportunity 4.5 day week (Monday – Friday)

· Afternoon Shift opportunity 4-day week + 20% loading (Monday – Thursday)

· Regular overtime available

To be successful for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Trade qualifications in relevant discipline essential
  • Experience within similar positions with extensive industry experience
  • Knowledge of, and commitment to, safety
  • Sound time management skill
  • Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to function within a team environment.
  • Be an Australian resident.
