The Opportunity

We are looking to grow our team An exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Commercial Development Executive role to join our passionate and high performing Snacks team in Rhodes, Sydney.
 
Working within a fun and dynamic team, you will provide category and analytical support to grow customer categories through our iconic and well-loved brands. 
 

You will assist the Category Team to support their internal and external communication with category, shopper and competitive market analysis. 
 
This is a great opportunity to specialise within category utilising your analytical ability and developing your skills further.
 

A day in the life…

A day in the life as the Commercial Development Executive would look like:

•   Supporting our Category Team in the design of integrated category / sales plans

•   Assisting with the category management strategy and process through in-depth analysis of Circana, Quantium and Shopper/Consumer data, to effectively influence customer range reviews

•   You will master customer internal processes and designing planograms through JDA across customers to deliver optimal flow, adjacencies and ease of shop

•   You will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver clear and actionable category insights and recommendations

•   The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and be working within FMCG industry. 

•   You will have a strong attention to detail and have a collaborative approach. 

•   Your capacity to turn data into meaningful insights will be fundamental to your success, as well as delivering on time and in full to meet your objectives.
