Coastal Auto Group are looking for a responsible Accounts and Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks throughout our multiple dealerships. Duties of the Accounts & Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
The job will entail:
- General accounting functions, general ledger management, reconciliations, data processing, journal entries and petty cash handling.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the production of internal and external Dealership reports.
- Maintain financial records in a manner required both for internal purposes and as dictated by legislation.
- Monitor and control data entry – accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist Dealership staff and auditors to resolve queries during internal and external audits.
- Bank reconciliation
- Performing various Administration tasks as requested by Management

- Attention to detail and problem- solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- High level of accuracy.
- Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.

- Experience in customer service & general administrative duties
