The Opportunity

Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with a reputable employer for the recruit of a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing finance team based in Hamilton This full-time role offers work-life balance, parking onsite, and access to public transport. 

You'll be part of a supportive and values-driven organisation where employees are truly valued and long-term career development is encouraged. This position allows you to work in a fast-paced environment supporting with end-to-end billing and customer account functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly direct debits
  • Generate and process monthly and quarterly utility charges and billings
  • Receipting payments and completing multi-account bank reconciliations
  • Distribute monthly account statements
  • Reconciliations and reporting

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in accounts receivable with a strong focus on billings and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
