We are seeking a motivated and dedicated International Student Counsellor/Education Consultant to join our dynamic team in our Sydney office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, student services, and supporting international students on their academic journey in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options at Australian universities and education institutions.
  • Respond to daily student inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Develop tailored study plans based on individual student backgrounds and goals.
  • Guide students through university application, enrolment, and student visa processes.
  • Act as a liaison between students and university admissions officers.
  • Participate in student engagement activities and promotional campaigns to identify and attract potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and send targeted messages to generate sales leads.
  • Assist with general student services including applications, visa processing, and academic planning.
  • Participate in company marketing efforts, including social media appearances and promotional videos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian international education system and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong sales acumen and service promotion mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in international education consulting or related fields.
  • QEAC Certification is highly regarded but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
