About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to train, supervise and coordinate, in an effective and efficient manner, Allied Health Assistants working within the Physiotherapy team at Redcliffe Hospital.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds.

Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.

In collaboration with senior physiotherapists undertake day to day workload management of the CA3 Physiotherapy Allied Health Assistants to accommodate planned and unplanned leave and changing requirements of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and maintenance of appropriate standards of performance.

Actively contribute to the Physiotherapy team through departmental and team meetings, and other team projects and activities.
