Your New Role

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality patient care across the community. Working within the Rehab@Home team, you will assist in providing treatments, supporting patients, and ensuring services are delivered safely and effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group interventions delegated by Allied Health Professionals.
  • Assist with personal care, transport, therapy programs, and equipment setup.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to patient records in line with organisational standards.
  • Support team collaboration, quality outcomes, and safe service delivery.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to patient-centred care. You will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently under supervision, and a willingness to support continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience providing patient support and delegated interventions in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and respect.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work within scope of practice, and seek guidance when needed.
  • Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work and contributing to safe, inclusive care.
