It is a fine example of Neo-Gothic architecture, with contrasting Art Deco interiors that offer a unique blend of ancient charm and modern comfort. Located in the heart of Sydney, this heritage-listed 387-room hotel offers the service and luxury of a city hotel to meet the needs of today's discerning guests.

The Role

We are seeking Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Food and Beverage team. This is your opportunity to foster a career in hospitality within a reputable hotel and be part of a hardworking and innovative team. The ideal candidate must be committed to being part of a team, dedicated to providing quality customer service, and continually looking for ways to exceed our guests' expectations.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have experience in hospitality or a similar background
  • Available for AM shifts, especially Monday to Friday
  • The ability to work professionally under pressure
  • The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
  • Consistent pride in their grooming and presentation
  • RSA and Food Handler certificate
