We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Storeperson who is committed to a long-term role. This position offers regular hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You'll be working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team. Flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks around the warehouse are essential to meet operational demands. Our team members are multi-skilled and work collaboratively to keep the warehouse running efficiently.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress from a casual position to full-time employment and to further develop their skills within the warehouse.

About the Role

This position will include a casual period, progressing to full time position depending on employee performance.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Picking and packing customer orders, including items that may be heavy, large, bulky, or irregularly shaped.
  • Reviewing and checking all orders for quality and accuracy prior to dispatch
  • Ensuring stock is handled and stored efficiently
  • Unloading sea containers
  • Loading customer and freight company trucks with orders
  • Handling all stock with care to minimise potential damage
  • Assisting with periodic stocktakes
  • Participating in meetings for warehouse improvement
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients
  • Contributing to the achievement of both individual and team goals in line with company objectives

About the Candidate:

The successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:

  • Reliability and a strong "can-do" attitude
  • Previous warehouse experience (highly regarded)
  • A current forklift licence and driver's licence
  • Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical or technical knowledge will be an advantage
  • Full working rights in Australia
