We're looking for a high-care trained Support Worker to join our team in the Landsdale area (and surrounding suburbs).

The Role:

As part of the Sirv team, you'll provide quality in-home care and support to older adults and people with disabilities, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort at all times.

You'll help Participants live independently, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily experiences in their own homes.

What You Bring:
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
  • High-care experience – including manual handling, personal care, mobility support, and use of hoists
  • Reliable and compassionate with excellent communication skills
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Australian right to work
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
