About the Job

Based out of our Landsdale site, we are looking for an experienced Tipper driver, with a HC license, to join our growing team. This role is a full-time position with an initial 3-month probationary period.

We are seeking an individual who will primarily operate one of our semi-trucks but is also able to switch between other trucks in our fleet as needed.

This position will consist of delivering soil, sand and bulk product materials to our customers and yards across the metro area, with return loads back to our company yards, such as sawdust, sand and fertilisers from external suppliers.

The successful applicant will need to have;

  • Current HC Drivers License (Minimum)
  • Current Drivers Medical to suit HC license class
  • Current Fatigue Management Certificate
  • End Tipper experience
  • Experience reversing truck combinations into set areas (when required)
  • Experience hooking and unhooking the trailer from the Prime Mover (when required)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised
  • Be able to use an Android device for daily job requirements
  • Ability to perform Pre-Start and Post-Finish checks of the vehicle

We are offering;

  • Immediate Start
  • $33 per hour base rate with OT penalty rates after 7.6 hours worked. Generally, our days are 8-10 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Fortnightly pay
