About the Opportunity

We're a boutique compliance company proudly servicing Victorian rental properties under the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). With a strong reputation and a large network of partnered real estate agencies, we deliver essential safety checks, rectification works and appliance installs with a strong focus on professionalism and compliance.

We're now seeking a Licensed Maintenance Plumber to step into a Team Leader position to complete maintenance works.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting gas safety checks aligned with RTA compliance standards
  • Leading and mentoring a small field team
  • Learning and applying internal systems and processes
  • Managing rectification works and fault finding tasks
  • Communicating effectively with real estate clients and team members
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation via Apple-based tools

What We're Looking For

  • Current Plumbing License, with and not limited to: Gas fitting, Sanitary, Water Supply, Drainage etc..
  • Sound knowledge of Relevant Australian Standards, VBA Regulations & Energy Safe Victoria requirements where applicable.
  • Appetite for strong leadership potential or existing supervisory experience
  • Experience with gas appliance installs, sanitary, water leaks etc..
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and reporting tools (iPhone provided)
  • Strong written communication for compliance reporting
  • Manual Driver's Licence
  • Police Check
