About the roles

We now have a positions for Diploma Lead Educator to fill a maternity leave position in our 0-2 age group for a 15 month contract with the possibility of an ongoing permanent position.

The role will require you to;

  • Develop or support in the development  of quality program design and implementation.
  • Participate in critical reflection and analysis of learning.
  • Inspire and challenge children daily to reach their full potential.
  • Have a passion for sustainability.
  • Drive quality practices and principles within the centre.
  • Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community, in our centre's personal van form a large part of our program.
  • Be willing to work a rotating roster between the hours of  6:30 am and 6:30pm

Skills and experience

To be successful you will

  • Hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of 2-year experience .
  • Have patience and a caring nature.
  • Be willing to have fun, with a love of messy play and the outdoors.
  • Be a team member who is fun, friendly and leads with purpose and integrity.
  • Be a passionate and highly driven person with strong initiative.
  • Be 100% reliable and honest.
  • Hold a current Working With children check, first aid, CPR, asthma management and anaphylaxis.
  • Be able to foster strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Have a passion for creating beautiful learning environments both indoors and out.
  • Be willing to work with our centre pets to teach children responsibility, love and kindness.
