THE ROLE

We have an exciting permanent position available for an apprentice to join our manufacturing workshop team. If you are an enthusiastic, self-motivated seeking to develop and expand your career and who can embrace the journey to grow and develop with the team we would like to hear from you

KEY DUTIES

Reporting to the Production Manager, as an apprentice you will learn to:

  • Strip, prep, mask equipment, prime and colour match

  • Perform a range of resurfacing and refinishing techniques

  • Use a range of different spray-painting techniques

  • Learn from our highly skilled trades

  • Implement quality standards

  • Follow all safety protocols and promote our safety culture

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Stay dedicated to completing a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, Surface Finishing

  • Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour

  • Be a creative problem-solver who can think beyond conventional methods

  • Show self-motivation and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

  • Commit to maintaining high safety standards

  • Be flexible and adaptable

  • Have a valid driver's license

Successful candidates for TS Global will need to complete a comprehensive pre-employment medical examination, which will include a physical assessment as well as drug and alcohol testing.
