We are looking for a full-time cleaner to join our growing team at Marsden State School.

This is a split shift position, working from 4am to 8am and 2pm to 6pm, 5 days per week.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This is a split shift position, with working hours from 4am to 8am and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, and common areas, including windows, desks, and floors.
  • Maintaining and cleaning toilet facilities, sick bays, and other hygiene-sensitive areas.
  • Disposing of rubbish and ensuring litter control across the school grounds.
  • Performing security tasks such as locking and unlocking buildings and managing security systems.
  • Reporting safety or maintenance concerns to the Principal or Business Manager.

This role would suit a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

About You
