About the Role

As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting business performance. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and process improvement mindset will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial and management reports, including P&L, P&L profit centres, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Assist with preparation of quarterly board reports and detailed analysis with commentary for consolidated entity.
• Support annual budget, forecasting, and cashflow management.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts and annual financial audit and ISOX preparations.
• Assist with BAS, PAYG and FBT returns.
• Ensure monthly reporting complies with IFRS and internal policies.
• Involved in Singapore operations including Quarterly GST Returns, Annual Branch audit and Branch tax calculations.
• Assist if required with AP functions, including processing and reconciliations.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and participate in process reviews.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years' experience in a similar Financial Accountant role or Assistant Accountant looking for more responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude.
