We are currently recruiting for three key payroll positions based in Bendigo:

• HR & Payroll Advisor (Fixed Term, Part Time – until Oct 2026)

A unique opportunity to combine payroll expertise with HR advisory support, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Payroll Coordinator (Fixed Term, Part Time – until Aug 2027)

Play a hands-on role in end-to-end payroll processing across multiple schools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great service.

• Payroll Coordinator (Ongoing, Full Time)

A long-term career opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to provide end-to-end payroll support and advice.

About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.
