As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a beauty-loving Customer Service Representative to join our team on the Gold Coast.


About the Role

This is a casual position (5 days per week) providing maternity leave coverage, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time, permanent role for the right person.

You'll support customers across our 3 online stores, assisting with orders, parcel enquiries, returns, and product recommendations. If you love beauty and helping people, this is the perfect opportunity to join a growing e-commerce business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Assist customers with placing online orders and navigating our websites
  • Investigate missing or delayed parcels and liaise with courier partners
  • Conduct fraud screening and assist with verifying suspicious orders
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow internal customer service processes
  • Provide basic product advice and recommendations across hair, skin & body
  • Contribute to the overall smooth running of the customer support function

What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience (online, retail, or beauty preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A passion for beauty—especially haircare and skincare
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk) is a bonus
