At Young Mindz, we're committed to empowering Australians with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. As a nationwide NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is led by the heart and grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community well-ness.

We're currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide active overnight support in a 1:1 female SIL home. These shifts are ideal for those who prefer working through the night and want to make a real difference.

About the role

You'll support participants with:

  • Provide overnight supervision and assistance
  • Support personal care and hygiene routines
  • Assist with medication management
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
  • Maintain a safe, positive environment

What You'll Need

  • At least 2-years' experience in disability or youth support
  • NDIS Screening/Yellow Card
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Comfortable with personal care and flexible shift work

Great to Have

  • Cert IV in mental health or equivalent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with complex behaviours and mental health
  • Tech-savvy and organised
