About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from research and planning to launch and optimisation. This is a hands-on role where you will develop portfolio-specific marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Engineering, and own the go-to-market strategy for all product launches.

You will also provide day-to-day management and mentorship to a Marketing Associate, guiding key initiatives and tracking performance. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to broader strategic priorities and support continuous improvement across all product processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:
  Define product strategies and own the product portfolio roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and market needs.
• Product Lifecycle Management:
  Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out. You will monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make recommendations for pricing and promotions.
• Marketing Execution:
  Lead the implementation of the portfolio's marketing plan and collaborate with the Marketing Services Manager to develop content and sales tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Act as the voice of the customer within internal teams and deliver training to sales teams and channel partners.

About You

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. You should have a collaborative leadership style and the ability to inspire and influence others.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles, ideally within the HVAC or related technical industries.
• Demonstrated success in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market-led decision-making is essential.
• Experience in leading marketing initiatives or managing marketing plans for a product or business unit is a must.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
