Warranty Administartor

About the role:

As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing all warranty claims in line with Volvo and Polestar Australia's policies and procedures.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and the manufacturers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately preparing and submitting warranty claims to Volvo & Polestar Australia
• Monitoring claim approvals, rejections, and adjustments
• Reconciling warranty payments and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring compliance of replacement parts in accordance with Volvo & Polestar warranty guidelines
• Liaising with Technicians and Service Advisors to verify repair details
• Ensuring compliance with Volvo & Polestar warranty guidelines and dealership policies
• Supporting the Service Manager with reporting and administrative tasks

About you:

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration (Volvo and/or Polestar experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of computer literacy (experience with Volvo and/or Polestar systems and EraPower DMS preferred)
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
