About the role:

Recruting for multiple roles (day and night roles available).

Nexar Group is looking to add to our great team of Rostering and Operations team members. This role would be the perfect next step for a person who has some admin experience within a small or corporate company. A person who has great admin skills, communication skills and a focus on getting the job done

The ideal candidate will have the desire to succeed and progress while contributing to the company's long-term success. We're on the lookout for our next future leaders willing to further a career in Security Operations. 

Duties:

  • Day-to-day operations of rostering, timesheets and delivery of site coverage
  • Working as part of the team regarding onboarding, policy, and procedures
  • Maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Issue employment contracts and compliance information
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain 24-hour Operations as part of the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in Administrative duties
  • Experience in a similar field (highly desirable)
  • Flexible working options available
  • Available for up to 5 days a week including weekends
  • Good customer and client service skills
  • Ability to Liase with Internal and External Partners
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills a must
  • Great at problem solving
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
