Multiple Opportunities – Romeo's Retail Group | Multiple Locations in South Australia

Are you passionate about retail and technology? Romeo's Retail Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Point of Sale Support Assistant to support our store teams across various locations in South Australia. This key role ensures the smooth operation of our point-of-sale systems, ticketing, and store displays, while assisting the Store Leadership Team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for individuals with experience in retail operations, specifically with point-of-sale systems. Ideally, you'll have:

· Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and scanning equipment

· Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in ticketing and promotions

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues

· Ability to troubleshoot and liaise with software providers as needed
