Reconciliation Tasmania is a not-for-profit community and member-based organisation providing leadership, education and support to people and organisations in Tasmania committed to lasting, meaningful change with and for Tasmanian Aboriginal people.

We are searching for two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are committed to supporting and inspiring others to contribute to stronger reconciliation outcomes for a just and equitable Tasmania.

Manager, Members and Advisory

As Manager, Members and Advisory, you'll lead the development and implementation of our membership program and provide support and strategic advice to organisations to develop genuine and substantive reconciliation commitments. You'll excel at strategic thinking and building highly engaged relationships, as well as bringing a strong understanding of the context of reconciliation in Tasmania.

Education Officer

As Education Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping schools and early learning services with the tools they need to create culturally safe learning environments that foster knowledge and respect in Aboriginal histories, cultures, rights and contributions, so that students can play an active role in championing reconciliation now and for the future.
