Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred Occupational Therapy services to clients within the Transitional Care Program.
  • Support and mentor local staff in restorative care planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.
  • Contribute to service development, clinical networks, and professional education across the region.
