DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client valueManage complete tax compliance for diverse clientsInitiate client communication to foster strong relationshipsAnalyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparationCreate financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goalsIdentify avenues for enhancing client business growth

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

2-3 years in professional practice as an AccountantFamiliarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidanceSkilled in managing client portfolios Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft OfficeEnthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career Passionate about supporting clients in business growth
