City Cave Epping is a modern wellness centre offering float therapy, infrared saunas and massage therapy. We pride ourselves on providing a calm, warm and professional environment where our clients feel supported in their wellbeing journey. We are currently seeking a qualified Massage Therapist with experience in Thai massage techniques to join our friendly and passionate team.

About the Role

We are looking for a therapist who can deliver safe, effective and nurturing treatments, with a strong focus on Thai massage modalities. This role includes working with a range of clients and adapting treatments to individual needs, while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and skilful Thai massage treatments, and other massage styles based on qualifications (e.g. relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, pregnancy).
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs, health considerations and treatment goals.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with centre processes.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are kept clean, comfortable and welcoming.
  • Support positive client relationships and contribute to a calm, soothing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the City Cave team to promote wellness and client satisfaction.

About You

  • Qualified in Remedial, Massage Therapy, or Traditional Thai Massage (minimum Certificate IV or equivalent).
  • Experience in Thai massage stretching, acupressure and assisted movement techniques.
  • Strong understanding of safe massage practices and contraindications.
  • Warm, professional and reliable with great communication skills.
  • Passionate about holistic wellness and client care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Health fund provider status preferred but not essential.
